Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of DeepSEOAnalysis.com and related services provided by [YOUR LEGAL ENTITY] (“DeepSEOAnalysis,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

If you use DeepSEOAnalysis for a company or client, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization and to submit the website for audit.

Service description

DeepSEOAnalysis provides SEO and AI-visibility audits for public websites. The service may crawl pages, inspect metadata and structured data, evaluate Core Web Vitals/PageSpeed data, identify CMS-specific issues, generate suggested fixes, and produce shareable reports.

The crawler is designed to be polite, rate-limited, and respectful of robots.txt. Results are informational and may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong.

Authorized audits only

You may only submit URLs that you own, manage, have been asked to audit, or are otherwise authorized to test. You may not use DeepSEOAnalysis to scan, crawl, stress, enumerate, or investigate websites without permission.

Acceptable use

  • Do not overload, disrupt, bypass, or abuse the service, our crawler, or third-party websites.
  • Do not submit private, internal, localhost, intranet, illegal, malicious, or sensitive targets.
  • Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, security checks, account restrictions, or billing controls.
  • Do not use the service to harvest data, exploit vulnerabilities, send spam, distribute malware, or violate law.
  • Do not resell or white-label the service except through features and plan terms that explicitly allow it.

Rate limits and availability

Anonymous audits, account actions, API-like usage, and monitoring may be rate-limited. We may queue, reject, throttle, pause, or block requests for safety, abuse prevention, cost control, legal compliance, or service reliability.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate account information, use a strong password, and notify us at [CONTACT EMAIL] if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk for the service, or are used for abuse.

The free audit report remains ungated. Paid plans add features such as saved history at scale, multi-site monitoring, exports, AI-visibility tracking over time, white-label reports, widgets, or API access depending on the plan.

Plan limits, pricing, billing interval, taxes, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and Paddle checkout terms are shown on the pricing and checkout screens and are incorporated into these Terms. Paddle may act as merchant of record for paid transactions.

Submitted URLs and reports

You retain any rights you have in your websites and content. You grant DeepSEOAnalysis permission to crawl submitted public URLs, process resulting audit data, store reports, display report results, and use operational data to provide, secure, debug, and improve the service.

Reports may be available through unguessable shareable URLs. Do not submit content you are not allowed to share with a web-based audit service.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that reports are complete, correct, available, secure, uninterrupted, or suitable for your specific business, legal, security, accessibility, or SEO needs. Search engines and AI systems change constantly; audit results are guidance, not guarantees of rankings, traffic, revenue, or citations.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, [YOUR LEGAL ENTITY] and its owners, employees, contractors, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, rankings, traffic, or business opportunities.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid to DeepSEOAnalysis in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim or [LIABILITY CAP].

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue and dispute-resolution details should be reviewed and completed by counsel before launch.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the product, plans, or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date shows when the Terms were last revised. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
