What are Open Graph tags?

Open Graph tags are meta tags that tell social platforms the title, description, image, URL, and type to use when someone shares a page.

What image size should I use for social cards?

A safe default is 1200×630 pixels, close to a 1.91:1 aspect ratio. It works well for Facebook, LinkedIn, and summary_large_image Twitter cards.

Do Twitter/X cards use the same tags?

X can use Open Graph fallbacks, but adding twitter:card and Twitter-specific title, description, and image tags gives you more control.

Can this tool fetch a page for me?
